Q01Do you use low-code tools like Zapier or Make?>
No. We build workflows as custom TypeScript code on Vercel Functions, Queues and Cron. That's versioned in git, testable with your own CI, has no per-execution fees and no vendor lock-in. For one-off, simple integrations a low-code tool can be fine; for anything that runs seriously, choose code.
Q02What does an automation cost?>
A well-defined flow starts at €450. That includes design, build, testing and documentation. Larger projects (multiple flows, custom middleware, dashboards) are quoted; we estimate based on scope and come back with a fixed price.
Q03Do you integrate with our existing tools?>
Yes. We write TypeScript against any API that offers a REST endpoint or webhook: CRM systems, Outlook, Gmail, Notion, Slack, databases, accounting software, AI APIs. If there's documentation, we can connect it. For obscure SOAP or legacy protocols we write a middleware layer.
Q04Where do the workflows run?>
On Vercel Functions (EU, fra1) with Vercel Cron for scheduling and Vercel Queues for durability. Everything is hosted in the EU, with monitoring and automatic retries on failure. Credentials are stored encrypted and only accessible to your tenant.
Q05Can you add AI to workflows?>
Yes, that's one of our specialities. We run Claude (Anthropic) and GPT (OpenAI) through the Vercel AI SDK v6, with fallback routing and cost monitoring. Think email classification, document extraction, summarisation, routing and chatbots, all as part of a larger flow.
Q06What happens when a workflow fails?>
Every flow gets an on-error hook: we send a notification to info@invoker.nl (or your Slack/Teams), retry with exponential backoff, and log everything for a post-mortem. At delivery you get a dashboard where you can see the runs yourself and restart them manually when needed.
