First understand what you need
I translate your process into a clear plan: what the system should do, what it shouldn't, and what it delivers. Not a wish list of a hundred items, but choices that move your business forward.
CRM, CMS, middleware, inventory management or a complete system for your staffing agency. Custom built, with one point of contact who understands your process, builds the software and tests it. With 25 years of development experience.
I started programming at fifteen and have been hosting websites and systems since I was eighteen. At most agencies your project passes through a salesperson, an analyst and a developer. Not with me.
I translate your process into a clear plan: what the system should do, what it shouldn't, and what it delivers. Not a wish list of a hundred items, but choices that move your business forward.
Whoever makes the plan also builds it. No information lost between salesperson, analyst and programmer. You always talk to the person writing the code.
Automated tests where it matters and every phase on a test environment. You get to see something that works, not a version you have to debug yourself.
Customers, touchpoints, quotes and follow-up in one place. With a portal where your customers see their own details, invoices or orders.
Time tracking, approvals, KPI dashboards per consultant or client and automatic invoicing. Connected to your accounting.
Stock across multiple locations, reorder points, reservations and connections to your web shop or point of sale.
Admin environments for content that doesn't fit WordPress: databases with a public website, multi-site platforms and catalogues.
Making systems that don't talk to each other work together: accounting, CRM, web shop, planning and external APIs, with logging and recovery on errors.
Numbers from different sources in one overview. KPIs that update themselves and reports that land in your inbox automatically.
A system nobody dares to touch anymore? We rebuild it step by step, keeping your data and without your work grinding to a halt.
Agents that work inside your own software: processing email, running checks, making proposals. With human approval where needed.
For staffing agencies we build the complete back office: consultants log hours, clients approve them, invoices go to your accounting automatically and dashboards show per consultant, client and month how things are going.
You don't have to replace everything. The gain is often in connecting systems you already use.
A selection of what I built and maintain. Client names are left out.
A portal that matches timesheets against the accounting, flags forgotten and unapproved hours, only reminds the right people and shows KPIs per consultant and client.
Customer management, domains, plans and invoicing in one system, with a statistics dashboard of thirty components and automatic checks for billing errors.
From controlling lockers to a kiosk app, an in-store screen and the management behind it. Hardware, software and management in one line.
Inventory, monitoring and actions across dozens of servers in one overview, with automatic alerts and a log of every change.
A database with thousands of items, automatic enrichment in batches, quality checks and a public website on top.
Tickets are read automatically, the live systems checked and a technical note plus draft reply prepared inside the company's own helpdesk system.
One day mapping out your process, your data and the must-haves together. You get a scope, a phased plan and a price per phase. Fixed price: €600. If you don't continue, you keep the plan.
Every one to two weeks something working on a test environment. A fixed price per phase, so no loose ends. You give feedback, I adjust.
Moving data over from your old system or Excel, checking that the numbers match. Your team gets a walkthrough, and the old setup stays available for a while.
Hosting, updates, monitoring and small changes for a fixed monthly fee. Not mandatory: the code is yours.
All amounts excl. VAT. Projects get a fixed price per phase; you never pay for hours that weren't agreed.
No favourite framework that has to go everywhere. We choose what fits your system and your team, with open-source technology that can still be maintained ten years from now.
The hourly rate is €90 and a day is €600, excl. VAT. We start with a one-day kickoff session (€600). After that you get a fixed price per phase, so you know where you stand up front. The total depends on what the system needs to do; you'll know after the kickoff.
An off-the-shelf package is fine if your process is standard. Custom software pays off when there's a lot of manual work between systems, when your package forces you to work differently than you want, or when per-user licence costs keep rising. Sometimes the answer is an integration between existing packages, and then we'll say so.
You do. After payment you get the full source code in a repository in your name. We build with open-source technology, so any other developer can continue with it later.
Yes. We've built integrations with Exact Online, SnelStart, WeFact, Nmbrs and TimeChimp, and with payment providers such as Mollie. If a package has an API, we can almost always connect to it.
A first working version is usually ready within a few weeks. We build in phases of one to two weeks, so you see something quickly and can adjust along the way. Large systems grow over several phases.
We do, before you see it. Important parts get automated tests that run with every change, and every phase goes to a test environment first. Then you test it on your own work, and only then does it go live.
Yes. First we map out what the system really does (often more than anyone knows), move the data over with checks and replace it part by part, so your work carries on.
No. Many clients start with one bottleneck, such as an integration between time tracking and accounting, or a dashboard. If that works, we build on it. For a small job or a question you can simply book a few hours.
