Custom AI agents
that actually do the work

Autonomous agents that read tickets, follow up email, check administration and watch servers. Not a concept: agents like these run in production every day for us and our clients, connected to the systems you already use. On our own EU servers or on Vercel, built in Groningen, the Netherlands.

AI in action

An AI agent is a system that recognises incoming tasks, assesses them and carries them out itself, without an employee having to start each step. Where classic automation works through a fixed script, an agent reads the situation: it makes its own diagnosis, picks the right tool and delivers a finished result. Anything irreversible, such as deleting data or sending an invoice, first goes past an approval button for a human.

We design and implement custom AI agents for your business, and we know what works because we use it ourselves: our own helpdesk triage, email follow-up, server monitoring and domain management run on agents we built in-house. We apply those same patterns to your processes.

What can agents
do for you?

Eight patterns we run in production ourselves. Every agent is tailored to your tone of voice, business logic and existing systems: no one-size-fits-all chatbot.

01 / 08help

Helpdesk triage

An agent that reads every ticket, diagnoses the live systems itself, writes a technical note and prepares a draft reply. Runs at a hosting company and a rental company; the human only approves.

02 / 08mail

Email follow-up

Incoming email is read, summarised and followed up. Alerts and customer questions arrive sorted and with context; only the complex cases land with you.

03 / 08chat

Assistant in chat

A personal assistant in Telegram or Slack: operate your calendar, email, tasks and business systems from one conversation, with approval buttons for anything irreversible.

04 / 08manage

Autonomous management

An agent that manages nearly 200 domains on its own through registrar APIs: renewals, DNS changes and checks. Error-prone manual work that now happens automatically and demonstrably correctly.

05 / 08ops

Monitoring and intervention

Agents that watch a server fleet, investigate anomalies and propose an intervention. It's only carried out after an approval tap on your phone.

06 / 08connect

Connecting systems (MCP)

We build MCP servers that safely connect your software to AI: helpdesk, invoicing, hosting panels, DNS. That way an agent works with your systems instead of next to them.

07 / 08admin

Timesheet and financial checks

For a staffing agency we watch the complete administration: forgotten hours spotted from work patterns, unapproved hours flagged and timesheets automatically matched against the accounts. Corrections are proposed and only applied after approval, with a full audit trail.

08 / 08remind

Smart reminders

No weekly blanket email to everyone: the system decides who needs a reminder, who has to fill in hours, who has to sign off, and emails exactly those people at the right moment. Error-prone human work, automated without errors.

#// multi_agent_architecture

Specialised agents,
one team

We work with a multi-agent architecture: a team of agents, each with its own role. They communicate with each other and escalate when needed.

The result: a system that's smart enough for complex situations, yet simple enough to understand.

What does an
AI agent cost?

A custom AI agent starts at €450 excl. VAT per flow. For that you get the design, build, testing and documentation of one well-defined process, such as helpdesk triage, email follow-up or a timesheet check. A first flow like that is usually live within a few days to weeks, so you see the result before expanding further.

Projects with multiple cooperating agents, an orchestrator and integrations with your CRM, helpdesk or accounting are quoted: a fixed price after a short intake, so you know where you stand up front. Management and further development are agreed separately, only if you want them.

How does that work
in practice?

Three agents running today, for us and for clients. Not demos, but processes that take work off people's hands every day.

hosting

Helpdesk triage at a hosting company

An agent reads every incoming ticket. It checks the servers, DNS and mailboxes itself, writes a technical note for the employee and prepares a draft reply in the company's tone of voice. The employee reviews and sends it.

> the diagnosis is ready before anyone opens the ticket
staffing

Timesheet checks for a staffing agency

An agent watches the timesheets alongside the accounting: forgotten hours are recognised from work patterns, unapproved hours are flagged, and only the people who need to act get a reminder at the right moment.

> no more weekly blanket email, and complete timesheets
in-house

Nearly 200 domains without manual work

Our own domain agent handles renewals, DNS changes and checks through the registrar APIs. Every change is logged and verified; anything irreversible waits for an approval tap on a phone.

Frequently asked questions

What does an AI agent cost?

A first agent for one well-defined process starts at €450 excl. VAT, including design, build, testing and documentation. Multiple cooperating agents with integrations into your systems get a fixed price after a short intake. Management afterwards is optional.

How quickly is something running?

A first flow usually runs within a few days to weeks. We start small and measurable, so you see what it delivers before you expand to more processes or a multi-agent team.

Which businesses is this useful for?

For small and mid-sized businesses with repetitive work: lots of email or tickets, admin that gets retyped, checks people do from memory. Our clients come from hosting, staffing, services and hospitality, in the Netherlands and beyond.

What happens to our data?

The agents run on our own EU servers or on Vercel in the EU region, and your data stays in your own systems. Models only get the context needed for the task. We sign a data processing agreement and document which data passes where.

What if the agent makes a mistake?

Anything irreversible, such as deleting data, sending an invoice or restarting a server, goes past an approval button for a human. Every action is logged, and the agent escalates to a colleague as soon as it is unsure.

Does it work with the software we already have?

Yes. We connect agents to existing systems through APIs and our own MCP servers: helpdesk, CRM, accounting, hosting panels, DNS. An agent works with your software instead of next to it, so you don't have to switch.
